New Year’s Eve always brings to mind new beginnings, hopes and aspirations for the upcoming year.
My New Year’s resolution for 2023 is to create a monthly challenge page on the website: https://bhretreats.co.uk/daily-challenge/
On this page, I plan to post an image that I have either drawn, painted or photographed during that month.
In undertaking this challenge for myself, I hope to continue to develop my resilience, motivation as well as skill set. I hope to also inspire others to challenge themselves to take time to be creative each month, if not more often!

On Day 1, January 1st 2023, I found inspiration in my Christmas tree. This was largely due to the fact that, now we have seen in the new year, my thoughts have turned to taking the decorations down.
There are many websites, social media platforms and apps that are also promoting the idea of taking a daily photo including adding your images to a calendar as provided on this free site https://365project.org/.
It would be great if you could tag #bhretreats in to your monthly creative posts on social media and I very much look forward to seeing them.
