Overview:

Our Backbury art classes offer fun and informative sessions which are led by a fully qualified art teacher.

Furthermore, our weekly art classes offer the opportunity to mix with other like-minded creatives in a supportive environment.

In summary, you can attend our art classes throughout the year in 10-week blocks for Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter sessions.

In addition, each class is two hours long.

Fully Guided Tuition:

Our art classes include guided tasks within a carefully structured programme designed to help you build your skills progressively.

Teacher-led activities make the classes suitable for beginners and improvers, while more experienced artists are also welcome and encouraged to work as independently as they wish.

Most importantly, classes are limited to eight attendees so everyone can receive tailored, individual support.

The Course Content

Each 10-week programme includes weekly challenges based on a broad theme, designed to build your confidence and develop your skills across a range of art techniques.

In each session, you’ll be guided step by step through a prepared task, with visual examples showing each stage to support your learning.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have explored the theme in depth, strengthened your knowledge and skills, and developed your own ideas and artistic style.
